What a place! It was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful, exactly what I needed (a getaway from the city). Alan was very accomodating and sweet. Welcomed us as we arrived, gave us fresh baked bread and eggs and the highlight was the little tour around his property. Would 100% recommend this place.

The airbnb looks exactly like the photos, and it’s extremely well-equiped and clean.
We also had a great company from Buster, the lovely dog who kept visiting us 🙂 but dont worry, if you are scared of dogs, you can also close the gate, tho i wouldn’t recommend you to haha. Cant wait to come back!
Great place to stay! The friendly welcome to the cool tour around the farm where we met cows, chickens, and the cutest dog, buster, we felt right at home. The place was super comfy and super clean, and the views were unreal. We loved having the privacy to roam around and soak up the scenery. Also, chatting with Alan and Bronwyn was a blast—they’re the sweetest! They really know how to host and make guests feel special. Thanks for a memorable stay, guys!
Our family loved our stay at Alan and Bronwyn’s beautiful cottage.
The property was very well presented and immaculate in cleanliness. The farm views were stunning. The kids loved seeing the cows and Buster (their dog) every day.
The freshly baked bread on arrival was a lovely touch (and delicious!!).
We will definitely be planning another trip back to their cottage in future!
We had a wonderful few nights at the dairy. Alan and his wife were delightful hosts who went out of their way to help our teenage son find a good fishing spot on the river. We visited for work and phone reception and internet access was good. We had a relaxing and wonderful few days and would recommend and also plan to visit again when in the area for work.
Our family of 4 spent three wonderful nights at Alan’s. The accommodation was just lovely, as described, with lots of really thoughtful touches, including a loaf of delicous homemade bread on arrival. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless. The view across paddocks was just beautiful, and Buster the dog was great company. Sitting on the verandah was so relaxing. We explored Morpeth and the council pools of Dungog and Clarence Town, but mostly just had a really relaxing time reading, plsying gamed and watching movies. We would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful stay at the Dairy. Bronwyn, Alan, Will and Buster are superb hosts, extremely friendly and kind. Buster is a smart, kid friendly dog, our kids were so excited playing with him during our stay. The property is very clean, new and included everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful walk around to see cows and the river nearby. Would highly recommend this place, we would love to come again.

One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. The view is breathtaking especially the sunrise. It’s a really nice place to just unwind and recharge!

Such a beautiful escape from the busy city life. The cottage was so clean and neat, it had all the amenities we needed for our dinners. The outdoor, grass grill was situated perfected so we could enjoy both the serene view and our yummy dinner. Alan was super friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of recommendations, all of which we tried and loved. He also had the cutest dog Buster. He was the goodest boy ever. We’ll definitely be back to have another stay.
Alan was such a great host. We had arrived late from where we travelled from but Alan was patient with us and greeted us on arrival. He had fresh bread and honey upon arrival ready for us. The scenery was just amazing . My 2 kids loved the farm animals that were around the place. Plenty of games and puzzles for the kids. Will definitely book again. Great place to rewind and get away from busy work life .
Alan’s place was lovely, very clean and beautiful. He was very helpful and had a beautiful dog. I would definitely recommend staying here for a little getaway!

Clarrie’s Green is a little slice of heaven. We stayed in the Dairy and it was very comfortable with a view of the paddocks and cows that we just never got tired of seeing. Very peaceful and rejuvenating. Loved every minute of our stay. The cabin was very tastefully decorated with lovely touches of colour. Felt very homely and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.
What a wonderful stay! Alan and his family were fantastic in providing the best hospitality and care over the course of our stay. Upon arrival Alan and his wife had made a fresh loaf of bread, freshly squeezed juice and farm fresh eggs. In the evening Alan set up the fire with marshmallows! Alan kindly showed us around the working farm and gave us suggestions of activities to do whilst away. The cottage was fantastic with a breathtaking view and modern features within. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Clarries Green it was the perfect getaway from the city. The house was clean and comfortable and we felt very at home. The farm eggs, bread and honey were delicious and a kind gesture. We loved being so close to the cows and especially loved Buster the dog! The house itself was very private and we felt completely secluded. Alan was only a call away and provided great suggestions for trips from the property as well as walks on their land. Was lovely coming out to a fire that was set up for us with chairs and marshmallows to enjoy sunset. Could not recommend this stay more.
Very nice play to get away from busy life and spend time off with family at the farm. Alan walked us through the farm and talked about beef cattle. Dog Buster was very friendly and we really spent quality time during our stay. Worth recommended.
Alans place is perfect in every single way. Alan was a wonderful host with that true country charm and Bronwyn’s hospitality with a fresh loaf of bread waiting for us on arrival, was such a special treat. The cottage was spotlessly clean, cosy & comfortable and had everything we could possibly think of or need. The location was beautiful and exactly what our family needed for a weekend away. The rooms, bed, toilet and everything was nice and clean. Host was very nice and kind. Picking eggs from the hen house was very special experience for my daughter and son. The open view from balcony made stress free. Every thing was amazing ?
Amazing calm and serene atmosphere, perfect getaway place for a relaxing holiday. Alan and Brownyn makes sure our stay is comfortable, Buster is an additional entertainment. The cottage is immaculately clean, added advantage with the spectacular views every morning. Enjoyed the homemade bread organic honey and eggs. Will definitely return with the boys 🙂
We really enjoyed our stay in the Dairy. Beautiful location and we highly recommend to anyone who wants to get away from the busy city life. The place has been maintained really well and definitely one of the cleanest Bnbs we’ve ever been to. Alan and Bronwyn were wonderful hosts but the star of the show was Buster their pet dog. We will definitely be back again.
We had such a lovely weekend at Alan & Bronwyn’s farm. Our kids LOVED playing with Buster the dog and Alan took us all to see the calves and chickens. If you want a beautiful and peaceful farm stay experience this is just perfect. We will be back! Thank you Alan & Bronwyn!
We stayed with our 3 year old Granddaughter and it was very relaxing.
The property is beautiful and cows grazing every day as you sit on the verandah taking in the surrounds.
Alan was very friendly, nothing was a bother and his wife made a beautiful bread for us as well as giving us some toys for our Granddaughter.
The home itself was spotless and so clean.
If you want peace and quiet and away from busy life for a weekend this was lovely.

We had a wonderful time staying at The Dairy. The property was beautiful, clean & immaculately presented. They had kindly prepared for our arrival with some children’s toys put out for our daughters. We loved the farm life experience this staycation offered. We will definitely visit again.

The Dairy at Clarence Town is a wonderful getaway. Sit around the fire with Buster the dog and relax. Alan is a fantastic host, and was always available for us. The location is gorgeous and the amenities are fantastic. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the near future. There’s a good IGA close by and wineries, plus a gin distillery. The home is shiny and new with a great little kitchen, plus bbq, and a fire pit. Buster the dog is a delight. Thanks Alan for providing such a lovely weekend away.
We rented out both properties, ‘The Dairy’ and the ‘Caldwall Cottage’.
It was one of the most relaxing stays we have had anywhere – what a lovely place to unwind.
We visited with our two small children and parents & the property is well equipped with high chair, kids bowls and cutlery and toys provided.
The cottages are well equipped and in pristine condition.
Our two boys loved feeding the chickens and collecting eggs and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. There are some lovely walks but also if you want to do nothing, this is the perfect place.
Our boys loved playing with their friendly dog Buster and needless to say, we’ll be back.
A quick drive to Clarence Town where there is a bakery and IGA.
Boatfalls Treasures was close by (10 mins drive) for a lovely coffee in the sunshine.
The home was spacious and clean. Loved our stay.
Alan is vey friendly host. A must visit place for a cosy family farm stay experience. The house is very new and well maintained.
We would definitely return again and have been spouting praises for Clarrie’s Green since.

I fell ill with a migraine on my stay and Alan purchased and delivered a heat pack and assisted with my family arriving to visit. Any questions we had, Alan was available and his friendly dog wasn’t far behind. I already miss The Dairy. By far the best bnb I have been in. I am regretting leaving.
It is a huge property to roam around, fruits & different trees around.
A friendly dog – I even played fetch with him.
It gave us the peace we were looking for from the place. Definitely worth every minute to stay there.

Lovely new cottage in a peaceful setting on larger rural property. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good kitchen to prepare a meal. Nice outlook from inside and a great private back deck to relax. Easy parking and flat access. The quality breakfast items provided by Alan were a very welcome surprise. We will recommend The Dairy to our friends and family, and look forward to another visit.
